Who is Stupid Stitch?

Hello, my name is Marsha, and I am the founder of Stupid Stitch. I am currently based in Wenatchee, Washington, and hold a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Apparel, Merchandising, Textile and Design. The idea for Stupid Stitch came to fruition during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic, when I found myself residing in my partner's parents' laundry room. After having lost my fashion job in Los Angeles due to the pandemic, I made the difficult decision to return to my hometown in Washington State.
With ample time on my hands, I embarked on a journey of tie-dyeing and hand embroidering old garments from my closet. Then I dusted off my sewing machine and started crafting masks for my loved ones, which gradually expanded into creating clothing pieces using existing patterns I had. Today, Stupid Stitch offers a diverse range of products, including tie-dye apparel, embroidered items, handmade garments, and stickers!
